The Design Process:

  1. Connect
    Please provide as much information as possible to communicate what your project entails. Send any files to my email at amy@amyjoydesignstudio.com. I will send you information on the products offered and email you an estimate. I have a Google Form that you can fill out where you can upload any art files. Click here: Order Now!
  2. Design
    After you approve the estimate, the design process will start. I will communicate with you regarding your project’s details. Please send me any additional instructions, verbiage and images in the following: email amy@amyjoydesignstudio.com, Google Form Order Now!, Hightail, Google Drive, WeTransfer, and Dropbox. I will design what we discussed and in a timely manner and you will receive a proof in your email. You will be given the option to approve the proof or request changes. If you request changes, those changes will be made and additional proofs will be sent until you approve a final version.
  3. After Approval…
    If you ordered print products, those will go into production immediately. Changes can’t be made once the proof is approved. The products you ordered will be shipped directly to your shipping address and delivered within the time frame given during the initial process. If you ordered digital services, the files will be delivered to you electronically.
  4. Compensation
    I will send you an invoice via FreshBooks with a clickable link to pay securely online. If you are a new customer, payment will be required before any printing production will start.
