Free Price Estimates!
- Once you contact us regarding your project, you will receive a free estimate of the costs involved, any product info. and deadlines will be determined. For the most accurate estimate, please provide any digital files you think will help communicate what you project entails. Send files to firstname.lastname@example.org. After deciding what you need and if it is doable, we will send you a PayPal Estimate. If you approve the Estimate, it will be converted into a PayPal Invoice and payment options will be made available.
- After we receive your payment confirmation, the design process will start! We will go over what you need specifically and communicate with you in a way you are most comfortable with, such as phone calls, emails, text messages, or meeting in person. At this time you may send us all your text/copy and artwork, such as your logo file, photos, images or you may request stock art from www.shutterstock.com. Please send your files to email@example.com or if you have a large file (over 10MB), we recommend www.hightail.com.
- Then, the magic happens and Amy Joy will go to work on your project!
- In a timely manner you will receive a proof in your email. You will be given the option to approve the proof or request changes. If you request changes, those will be made and additional samples or proofs will be sent.
- Once you’re satisfied with the design and approve a proof, if you ordered printing products, those will go into print production immediately. Sorry, changes can’t be made once the proof is approved!
- If you ordered digital design services only, any final files will be delivered to you electronically.
- When your printed product is complete, it will be shipped directly to the shipping address you supplied and will be delivered within the time frame given during the initial process.
